Since our establishment in 2009, we have been committed to transferring the latest global technologies in precast buildings and prestressed concrete, driving the engine of construction and real estate development with the highest technical specifications and highly trained, challenge-ready teams.
The company established its first precast factory in Benghazi on a 60,000 ^2 plot of land, with the factory's infrastructure featuring the following fully integrated facilities:
Precast Concrete Mold Factory
with an area of 3,600 m^2 dedicated to precast buildings
Precast Concrete Mold Factory
with an area of 6,000 m^2 dedicated to prestressed concrete highway and pedestrian bridges
Central Concrete Batching Plant
Turkish-made 'MEKA' type, with a production capacity of 120 $m^3$/hour, occupying an area of 3,000 m^2
Maintenance Plants and Facilities
An equipment maintenance plants spanning 600 m2, a fully integrated administrative building consisting of 10 offices and a meeting room, as well as a modern worker housing facility that accommodates 200 workers, complete with full amenities and a dining hall.
